For all those who’d like to mix it up, here is an app that may be of great help to you. Trim and Tone, a tone trimming and mixing app, is exactly what you’ll need to create new sound mixtures.
This app can be used to trim and merge tones together and the resultant hybrid sound files can be set as ringtone, notification tone, alarm tone or can be saved as a new sound file into ‘My Tone’ list.

The simple yet effective user interface of the app allows you to cut tones with a few clicks and swipes. Users can set the starting and ending points for a music clip within the audio file which is represented in a scrollable waveform format. For trimming the tones with minutest of details, the app offers five zoom levels which helps users to place the start and end markers exactly at the place where they need them to be placed.

UI and UX design:
SWIPE: The swipe feature in the ‘Ringtone Maker’, ‘Mixer’ and ‘My Tones’ menus has three icons which can be used to share the selected audio files (via What’s app, Bluetooth or Email), set a selected file as ringtone or delete it.
A refresh button has been placed in the ‘Ringtone Maker’ menu which when used will place the selection markers at the beginning of the audio file. The tones created using the app can be shared via whatsapp, bluetooth and email.

MULTIPLE SONGS MIX:
The Tone Mixer can be used to append multiple songs. After mixing two separate songs into a single file using the mixer, the newly created audio file (cluster) can be mixed with another audio file. By repeating this process, any number of audio files can be mixed together.
Moreover, after creating an audio file cluster using the mixer, users can directly move to the ‘Tone Trimmer’ to trim any particular part of the sandwiched audio file.
The Fade in/out effect lets you retain the original effect of the audio files cut. The newly created audio files will be saved under the path : sdcard/media/audio/mytones . Audio files saved in the external memory of the mobile phone can be deleted using this app.
